Neck Pain

Chiropractic is a safe, effective, noninvasive way of treating most sources of neck pain.  Your neck should have a specific alignment/curve.  If it is out of alignment, it will put stress on the nerves, ligaments, vertebrae, and inter vertebral discs.  This can cause neck pain, headaches, and arthritic changes to you neck.  This can also increase stress on your body and nervous system decreasing your body’s natural ability to function.

In addition to these issues, each joint between the 7 cervical vertebrae can refer pain to another area.  Because of this, misaligned necks can cause headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, upper back, and mid back pain (Dwyer et al., April et al.).  This is another reason Prosperity Chiropractic and Dr. Kubricht take a holistic approach to your health and look at the overall structure of your body, not only the area bothering you.

The loss of neck curve has lead to the bone spurs and degenerated disc you see in the X-ray.  These changes lead to neck pain, stiffness, and other health issues.

A misalignment in the curve of the neck (cervical lordosis) will not always cause neck pain, but it still can cause degenerative and arthritic changes.  This leads to disc degeneration, numbness and tingling, sometimes ruptured discs, and a host of other issues that will affect you the rest of your life.  Prosperity Chiropractic uses the latest research from Chiropractic Biophysics to prevent further degeneration and restore the proper curve to you spine.  Dr. Brett Kubricht is the only Chiropractic Biophysics certified chiropractor in the Metro Charlotte area.
